PORTFOLIO

I am a contemporary artist working across textile, photography, installation, sculpture, ceramics, and drawing. My practice explores themes of healing, focusing on the relationships among material, form, and perception, and on how meaning is created through both process and presentation. I use a multidisciplinary process and create artwork that reflects the sensorial elements of an art piece, such as tactility, transformation, and spatial experience. Each piece explores various themes, with a particular focus on healing as both a personal and collective process, inviting interpretation and dialogue. This portfolio presents a selection of works that highlight the development of my practice and its ongoing evolution.

Constellations

This video introduces my most recent project as a member of a curatorial team developing Constellations, a contemporary art and illustration final-year group showcase. The exhibition brings together a range of emerging artists, each presenting distinct approaches across a variety of media. In the video, I reflect on my curatorial experience and contribution to shaping the exhibition’s overall concept and structure. This included critically engaging with individual works, considering their relationships to one another, and making informed decisions regarding selection, spatial arrangement, and presentation. Through this process, I developed a more nuanced understanding of how curatorial strategies can frame interpretation and guide audience engagement.Constellations operates as both a visual and conceptual framework, exploring how individual practices can exist autonomously while forming connections within a wider collective. This experience has strengthened my ability to work both critically and collaboratively, contributing to the development of a considered and cohesive exhibition.
